Version 0.2 · last updated 25 October 2026
These terms cover using cvrd.uk itself. Once you register an account, the Client Terms or Operator Terms also apply.
1. Who we are
cvrd.uk is run by CVRD LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17510812), whose registered office is at 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. You can contact us at hello@cvrd.uk.
2. Using the site
You may use cvrd.uk for lawful purposes connected with finding out about or using our service. You must not:
- try to get unauthorised access to any part of the site or our systems;
- copy or harvest data from the site in bulk;
- introduce malware; or
- use the site in any way that could damage it or overload it.
3. Our content and brand
The CVRD name, logo and the content on this site (text, design and graphics) belong to us or the people we license them from. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish or use our branding or content commercially without our written permission.
4. Accuracy
We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee it, and prices and availability may change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer until it's confirmed through the booking process under the Client Terms.
5. Liability
The site is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we're not liable for any loss caused by using the site itself (the service is covered by the Client and Operator Terms). Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
6. Links to other sites
We link to some other sites, for example Stripe when you add a card or set up payouts. We're not responsible for their content or practices, so check their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Your data
How we use personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page is always the current one.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
