How it works
A Friday night, minute by minute.
One example request, from the text nobody wants to an operator on the door. Three steps, not three phone calls.
Your door supervisor texts: they’re not coming.
Doors open at 23:00. Before CVRD, this is where the phone tree starts.
You request CVRD.
Door supervision, one operator, start now, finish 03:00 — itemised in one form, not a paragraph of free text.
CVRD dispatches.
Offered at once to door supervisors within 10 miles. Every one has had their SIA licence and right to work in the UK checked by CVRD before their first job.
J. A. accepts.
The first to accept gets the job. You see their name, a masked licence number and the arrival time they’ve committed to: 22:53.
Checked in on site.
Nine minutes before doors. They check in with a photo of themselves holding their SIA licence, so you can see it’s them, on site, rather than take it on trust.
Shift complete.
One charge to your card. The operator is paid without sending an invoice.
